Additional Information - Motorized or Manual
Our steel reinforced vinyl driveway gates are constructed with a galvanized steel frame to create a rust proof substructure, in the next step the entire frame is wrapped in our high grade vinyl materials. No steel is visible or open to the elements. Gates have an identical finish on both sides.
All gate hardware is made of 504 gauge stainless steel with a durable powder coated finish, in either black or white. All swing gate hinges are adjustable; this way if the ground ever shifts overtime the gates will always close properly. Double drop rods are installed on all double swing gates, this way both gates do not need to be opened unless it is necessary.
All steel enforced driveway and security gates can be motorized or used manually. For all rolling gates we use galvanized steel V-tracks. This is a crucial step to prevent rusting with parts in contact with moist areas.

How it works
Free on-site estimate
We come out to your property, measure, walk you through styles, heights and colors, and give you a written quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
Agreement and 10 percent deposit
When you are ready to go ahead, you sign the agreement and pay a 10 percent deposit, and we schedule your job.
Installation
Your order is built to your measurements and our crew installs it, then cleans up the work area before leaving.
Most installs in one day
Most installations are finished in a single day. If yours will take longer, we tell you up front when we schedule it.
What affects the price
We do not publish prices, because every property is different. Your quote is written after the free on-site visit and depends on:
- The size of the job: the length of the run, or the footprint of the cover or structure.
- Height and style, including any lattice or picket accents.
- Color and finish.
- The number and size of gates, and the hardware on them.
- The ground: slopes, concrete, roots or rock.
- Taking out and hauling away an old fence or structure.
- How easy it is to get materials to the work area.
Every item is listed on your written quote, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
